Your first visit

What happens, step by step.

Most people come in with questions and a few nerves. Here’s everything that happens, from your first call to your review visit, so nothing is a surprise.

From first call to review visit.

  1. Get in touch

Request a consultation online or call (250) 555-0182. Would you rather talk first? Book a free 15-minute call with Daniel, one of our nurses.

  2. We book you in

Theo, our patient coordinator, replies within one business day with a time, and a short medical history form to fill in before you come.

  3. Your consultation

Forty-five minutes with an injector, or with Hana for skin and laser. We look at your skin, go through your medical history, and ask what you’d like to change and what you wouldn’t. It’s $75, and it comes off your first treatment.

  4. Your written plan

What we recommend, what we don’t, how many sessions, and the total price. Take it home. Nothing is booked until you say so.

  5. Treatment, then a review

The same day if the plan is simple and you’d like to, or another day. Two weeks after any injectable, you come back for a free review visit to see how it settled.

Before you come.

  • Fill in your form

The short medical history form Theo sends. Include any medicines and supplements you take.

  • Bring photo ID

We treat adults 19 and over, and we’ll ask to see it at your first visit.

  • Tell us if you’re pregnant

Or breastfeeding. Injectables and most skin treatments wait, so say so when you book.

  • Come as you are

A clean face helps, but if you’re wearing makeup we’ll give you time to take it off.

Questions people ask.

Anything else? Call Theo on (250) 555-0182, or book a free 15-minute call with a nurse.

  • Will people be able to tell?

We aim for them not to. We use the smallest dose that does the job, and we’d rather add a little at your review than give you too much.

  • Does it hurt?

Injections feel like a quick pinch, and we use numbing cream for filler and microneedling. Your injector will tell you honestly what to expect for your plan.

  • How long does it last?

It varies from person to person and treatment to treatment. You’ll get an honest range at your consultation, not a promise.

  • Can I be treated at my first visit?

Yes, if the plan is simple and you’d like to. Many people prefer to go home and think it over first, and that’s fine.

  • Is there downtime?

It depends on the treatment and on you. Your written plan says what to expect, and what to avoid before and after.

  • What if I don’t like how it settles?

Tell us at your review visit, or call before then. We’ll look at it together and talk through your options.

  • Can I change or cancel?

Yes, with 48 hours’ notice. Later changes and missed appointments are charged $75.

  • How do I pay?

On the day, by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or debit. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus tax.

Start with a conversation.

Book a consultation, or a free 15-minute call if you’d like to ask a few questions first. Either way, nothing happens until you’re ready.
